Toshiba Excite 10 LE has an overall score of 50, which is much better than the ViewSonic ViewPad 7's 40.5 global score. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Toshiba Excite 10 LE has a more recent 3.2 version while ViewSonic ViewPad 7 has Android 2.2, providing you lots of additional features and optimized performance. The Toshiba Excite 10 LE construction is way thinner but much heavier than ViewSonic ViewPad 7.
