Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a score of 68.5, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's 65.7 overall score. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a way older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has Android 4.2.2 OS, and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 works with Android OS.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and although they both have 4 processing cores and 2 GB of RAM memory, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 also has a graphics processing unit. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a slightly higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a quite better pixel density.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, and although they both have a 8 MP resolution camera, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
