Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's overall score of 65.7. Even being the best in this review, the Microsoft Surface 3 body is much thicker and noticeably heavier than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a bit better CPU than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 4 cores.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better pixels count per inch of display and a slightly higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video definition, the same video frame rate and a same resolution camera.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a very superior battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface 3, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, letting go a couple features and specifications.
