Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, having a general score of 70 against 65.7. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 design is newer, but incredibly thicker and heavier than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has Android OS.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater screen density and a way better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory and less cpu cores. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 6190mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2's camera is very similar to the camera in Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, both of them have the same video definition, the same video frame rates and a same resolution back-facing camera.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab Active 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, giving up some features and specifications.
