Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is just a bit better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, getting a general score of 65.4 against 65. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 comes with Android OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's body is a lot newer, thinner and lighter than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a processor that's just as good as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 one, and although the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a greater number of cores , they both have the same RAM memory amount.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a much better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a much better screen pixels density and a lot higher 2048 x 1536 resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with as much memory capacity for games and applications as Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, they have equal 64 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a really longer battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 also has a back camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning some specs and features.
