Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a score of 68.5, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi MiPad's overall score of 64.4. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 construction is just a bit heavier but a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi MiPad, and they were only released 8 months apart. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi MiPad, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM and the same number of cores, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 also has an extra GPU.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a more vivid screen than Xiaomi MiPad, because it has a little higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a little greater pixel density and a bit larger screen.
