Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than the Xiaomi MiPad, getting a 66.3 score against 64.4. Microsoft Surface 3's design is newer, but a lot heavier and just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi MiPad. Xiaomi MiPad counts with a better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 2048 x 1536 resolution and a lot higher screen density.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi MiPad features just a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 4 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi MiPad features a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3. The Xiaomi MiPad captures better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same video definition, the same video frame rates and the same resolution camera in the back.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi MiPad. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Microsoft Surface 3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi MiPad, giving up a couple specs and features.
