Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a general score of 65, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi MiPad's 64.4 global score. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is an older and noticeably heavier tablet device than the Xiaomi MiPad, but Samsung could make it a little bit thinner anyway. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS, while Xiaomi MiPad works with Android OS.
Xiaomi MiPad counts with a brighter screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of display. Xiaomi MiPad counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi MiPad also has a larger number of faster cores.
The Xiaomi MiPad takes way better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi MiPad also has a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
In addition to being the best tablet in our current comparison, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also by far the cheapest.
