Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is slightly better than the Xiaomi MiPad, with a global score of 69.2 against 64.4. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with Windows 8 operating system, while Xiaomi MiPad comes with Android operating system. Although it's the best portable tablet we compare here, the Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is an older, much heavier and somewhat thicker portable tablet than Xiaomi MiPad.
Xiaomi MiPad has a more vivid display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a much higher display density. The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a bit better processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi MiPad also has 2 more cores.
Xiaomi MiPad shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5. Both of them have a 8 MP back facing camera. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi MiPad counts with a really longer battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity against 4080mAh.
In addition to being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is also the cheapest one.
