Samsung Ativ Tab has an overall score of 66.7, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi MiPad's 64.4 global score. Even though Samsung Ativ Tab is better than Xiaomi MiPad, we must highlight that it's also older, a little bit thicker and noticeably heavier. The Samsung Ativ Tab works with Windows RT OS, and Xiaomi MiPad has Android OS.
The Xiaomi MiPad features a little bit better performance than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi MiPad also counts with a greater number of cores. Xiaomi MiPad features an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and a way better pixels count per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi MiPad captures a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a lot higher resolution camera. Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory.
Samsung Ativ Tab features better battery performance than Xiaomi MiPad, because it has a 22 percent more battery capacity.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi MiPad. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi MiPad, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
