The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has an overall score of 76.7, which is better than the Xiaomi MiPad's global score of 64.4. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a much newer and a bit thinner portable tablet than Xiaomi MiPad, although it's a lot heavier. Xiaomi MiPad features a better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 2048 x 1536px resolution and a greater screen density.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi MiPad, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)'s CPU is just as good as the Xiaomi MiPad one, although the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has 4 more CPU cores (although slower) and a larger amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi MiPad features just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a 9% larger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) captures much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi MiPad. Both of them have a back facing camera with an 8 mega-pixels resolution, the same 1920x1080 video definition, a F2 diafragm aperture and the same video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) costs more money than Xiaomi MiPad, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
