Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has an overall score of 74.5, which is better than the Xiaomi MiPad's 64.4 general score. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 design is way newer and a bit thinner, but way heavier than Xiaomi MiPad. Xiaomi MiPad features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel number per inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 2048 x 1536px.
The Xiaomi MiPad and the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 count with extremely similar CPUs, although the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has more RAM and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi MiPad, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that allows up to 400 GB.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi MiPad, because it has a 9% larger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 captures much better photos and videos than Xiaomi MiPad, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same resolution camera in the back and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi MiPad, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
