The Xiaomi MiPad is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), having a 64.4 score against 60.4. The Xiaomi MiPad body is a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), but it is extremely heavier and was released around 23 months before. The Xiaomi MiPad counts with an incredibly better display than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a way better resolution of 2048 x 1536px, a bit larger screen and a better count of pixels per screen inch.

Xiaomi MiPad has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi MiPad also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi MiPad features a better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has an external SD slot that allows 72 GB smaller, it also counts with 8 GB more internal memory.

The Xiaomi MiPad has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi MiPad shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a lot higher video definition.

Although Xiaomi MiPad is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A (2016). So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xiaomi MiPad, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab A (2016), resigning some specs and features.
