Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a general score of 70, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi MiPad's global score of 64.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a newer tablet than Xiaomi MiPad, but it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Xiaomi MiPad counts with a much better display than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and much more pixels per inch in the display.
The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although faster). The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with more memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a camera that's just as good as the camera in Xiaomi MiPad, they have the same (Full HD) video quality, a 8 mega-pixels resolution camera and the same video frame rates. Xiaomi MiPad has a very superior battery life than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 6700mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi MiPad. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi MiPad, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
