Comparison review
The Blackview Tab 16 is better than the Xiaomi pad 5, getting a 65.4 score against 57.7. Even being the best in this review, the Blackview Tab 16 construction is a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi pad 5. Both devices we are comparing use the same Android 12 operating system, so both of them should provide identical operating system features.
The Blackview Tab 16 has just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a lot worse 1200 x 2000 pixels resolution and a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, they both have a display of the same size. The Blackview Tab 16 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi pad 5, because it has an external memory slot that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Blackview Tab 16 has a much more powerful processor than Xiaomi pad 5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Blackview Tab 16 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xiaomi pad 5 features just a bit better battery duration than Blackview Tab 16, because it has 8720mAh of battery capacity against 7680mAh.
The Xiaomi pad 5 has a way better camera than Blackview Tab 16. Both of them have the same resolution back camera.
