Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is much better than Xiaomi pad 5, with a 75.5 score against 57.7. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12. Even though Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is extremely older and a little thicker than the Xiaomi pad 5, it's construction is still lighter.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 features a brighter screen than Xiaomi pad 5, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have an equal 1600 x 2560px resolution, the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 also counts with a greater pixel number per inch in the screen. The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a much greater hardware performance than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a superior storage for applications and games than Xiaomi pad 5, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi pad 5 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Xiaomi pad 5 also has a larger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited situations.
The Xiaomi pad 5 features a very superior battery duration than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, because it has an 8720mAh battery capacity.
