Comparison review
The OSCAL Spider 8 has a global score of 64.4, which is better than the Xiaomi pad 5's score of 57.7. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but OSCAL Spider 8 has 13 version while Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12, so it counts with a lot of extra features. OSCAL Spider 8 is a newer tablet than Xiaomi pad 5, but it is noticeably thicker and heavier.
The OSCAL Spider 8 has a much faster CPU than Xiaomi pad 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OSCAL Spider 8 also has more RAM memory. The OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a little bit worse pixels amount in each inch of display, a way lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a little bit smaller display.
The OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi pad 5, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the OSCAL Spider 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1 TB. Xiaomi pad 5 counts with a lot better camera than OSCAL Spider 8. Both have a back facing camera with a 13 megapixels resolution.
The OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi pad 5, because it has a 49 percent greater battery size.
