Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is much better than Xiaomi pad 5, having a 70.2 score against 57.7. These tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12, providing lots of additional features and performance enhancements. Although Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is better than Xiaomi pad 5, it must be told that it is also a noticeably older, just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker device.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a quite smaller display, a lot lower 1200 x 1920 resolution and a just a bit worse display density. The Xiaomi pad 5 features much more storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) features a way better performance than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi pad 5 features longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because it has 8720mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi pad 5 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way higher (4K) video resolution and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
