The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is better than Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, having a global score of 66.1 against 59.4. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the previous 13 version and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has Android 15 version. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a much faster CPU than Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
