Both tablets in this review work with the same Windows 8 Pro OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. The ZTE V98 has a little sharper screen than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a little lower quantity of pixels per inch of display, a way worse 768 x 1366 resolution and a little bit smaller display.
