Asus Transformer Book T90 Chi has a general score of 58, which is slightly better than the ZTE V98's overall score of 53.4. Both of these devices include Windows OS (Operating System), but the Asus Transformer Book T90 Chi has newer 8.1 version while ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro, providing the user lots of additional features and a performance increase.
