The Blackview Tab 11 has a general score of 64.1, which is better than ZTE V98's overall score of 53.4. The Blackview Tab 11 counts with Android 11 OS, and ZTE V98 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS. Blackview Tab 11 has just a bit better performance than ZTE V98, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
