Blackview Tab 13 is better than the ZTE V98, with a 63.8 score against 53.4. The Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12 OS, and ZTE V98 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS. ZTE V98 features a slightly better display than Blackview Tab 13, although it has a lot lesser pixels per display inch, a lot lower resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels and a little smaller screen.
