Lenovo TAB3 10 has an overall score of 61.9, which is better than ZTE V98's 53.4 global score. Lenovo TAB3 10 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, and ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro operating system. The ZTE V98 has a little sharper display than Lenovo TAB3 10, although it has much less pixels per inch of screen, a way worse resolution of 768 x 1366 and a little smaller display.
