Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is way better than ZTE V98, with a 65.1 score against 53.4. These devices include Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a newer 8.1 Pro version and ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro, so it provides you a lot of extra features. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a bit superior processor than ZTE V98, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a little more vivid display than ZTE V98, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution and a higher pixels density. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than ZTE V98, although it has no slot for external memory cards.
