Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is way better than ZTE V98, with a 65.1 score against 53.4. These devices include Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a newer 8.1 Pro version and ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro, so it provides you a lot of extra features. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a bit superior processor than ZTE V98, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
