Comparison review
OSCAL Pad 15 is a lot better than the ZTE V98, getting a general score of 64.4 against 53.4. The OSCAL Pad 15 comes with Android 13 operating system, and ZTE V98 counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system. The OSCAL Pad 15 features a bit more powerful CPU than ZTE V98, because it has a larger amount of RAM and more processing cores.
ZTE V98 has just a bit better screen than OSCAL Pad 15, although it has a little bit lower pixel density, a quite lower resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels and a little smaller display. OSCAL Pad 15 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than ZTE V98. OSCAL Pad 15 has improved battery lifetime than ZTE V98, because it has 8280mAh of battery capacity.
The OSCAL Pad 15 takes much clearer pictures and videos than ZTE V98, because it has a much better resolution back-facing camera.
