Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is way better than the ZTE V98, getting a general score of 64.9 against 53.4. Both of these devices work with Windows OS, but the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has 8 version and ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro version. ZTE V98 has a way better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor and less RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
The ZTE V98 counts with a bit better looking display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a quite worse pixel amount in each inch in the screen and a way worse resolution of 768 x 1366px. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than ZTE V98, although it has no external memory slot.
The ZTE V98 has a much better battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7. ZTE V98 takes slightly better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because it has a way more megapixels back camera.
