Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is much better than ZTE V98, with a global score of 71.1 against 53.4. These tablets use Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has 10 version while ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro version. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch's body has the same thickness than the ZTE V98, but it's heavier.
