Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 10.1 is much better than the ZTE V98, with a global score of 66.3 against 53.4. The Galaxy Note 10.1 design has the same thickness than the ZTE V98, but it is much heavier. Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with Android 4.4 OS, and ZTE V98 works with Windows 8 Pro OS. The ZTE V98 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 768 x 1366 resolution and a just a little higher pixels amount per screen inch.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 has a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than ZTE V98. ZTE V98 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, although it has 2 less cores (although faster), they both have a 2 GB RAM memory.
