The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is way better than the ZTE V98's 53.4 score. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2 operating system, and ZTE V98 counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with a little bit better hardware performance than ZTE V98, because although it has 512 MB less RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
