Samsung Galaxy View 2 is much better than ZTE V98, with a global score of 65.3 against 53.4. Samsung Galaxy View 2 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system, while ZTE V98 has Windows 8 Pro operating system. Samsung Galaxy View 2 has just a bit better processing power than ZTE V98, because it has a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
