BOOX Palma is a decent Android tablet, having a 16 MP back facing camera and a 6.1" display.

The BOOX Palma just has 0" long, but it is still able to fit a a 6.1 inches screen.

An issue to take into consideration is that this device's battery isn't replaceable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to get older, while with so much capacity you will probably buy a new tablet before it becomes a real problem.
