LG decided to sell this portable tablet with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 8952 chip, which holds a great 1500 megahertz Octa-Core CPU with a large 2 GB RAM memory. This device has a 16 GB quite big internal memory and an SD extension slot, which allows you to store a couple hundred apps and games without any trouble.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 only has 8.3 inches long, but it is able to fit a a 8" screen. The LG G Pad X 8.0 has an inspired design, with a thickness of just 0.31". This tablet is available just in 16 777 216 color. LG did a really good job making the LG G Pad X 8.0 as lightweight as 10.9 oz.
This tablet includes a good looking 8" display with a 1200 x 1920 resolution, providing this portable tablet with a good graphical experience.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 is equipped with two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera. The LG G Pad X 8.0 also films Full HD 1920x1080 videos.
This tablet features wifi connection (but it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G fast connection type and fast 3G internet connection, over HSPA technologies. The LG G Pad X 8.0 doesn't have a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM services.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a 4650 mAh huge Li - Ion non-removable battery, enough to provide this tablet with an incredibly long battery duration. An issue to consider is that this device's battery is non-replaceable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it starts to last shorter, even though with such a big battery you will probably discard this device before it becomes a real problem.
This device also features a couple of nice features like Bluetooth (4.2 ) and GPS Geolocation, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
