This tablet is equipped with a NVIDIA Tegra 2 system chip, packing a good performance Dual-Core processing unit speeding at 1000 megahertz with 1 GB RAM. A good point of this tablet is its 32 GB huge internal storage memory and an external memory card slot, which allows you to install lots of apps, games, pictures and videos without having to worry about running out of space.
Motorola didn't put much effort to reduce weight in this 25.75 ounces device, way heavier than other similar tablet devices. Even though this device only has 9.8" long and 6.61" wide, it manages to contain a 10.1 inches screen. This tablet is quite thick for current standards, being as thick as 0.51 inches.
Motorola equipped this tablet with an average 10.1" screen, and a resolution of 800 x 1280 , which makes everything look nice.
The Motorola XOOM CDMA features two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front-facing camera. It can also capture HD 1280x720 videos at 30 frames per second. To complete the camera, it also includes flash and auto-focus.
The Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with wifi connectivity (although it can't share it with other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot), 4G LTE fast internet connection and 3G connectivity, over EV-DO A technologies. This tablet doesn't have a sim card, because it doesn't support GSM networks and it can connect to CDMA networks.
This tablet also includes a couple useful characteristics such as Bluetooth (2.1, EDR) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Barometer and Compass.
