ViewSonic ViewPad 7e is a not very powerful tablet, which counts with a quite big 7-inches multi touch display, a great performance 1 GHz processing unit, and two cameras, a 3 MP back side camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera.
Apparently Viewsonic decided not to care about this tablet weight at all, putting together a 15.87 oz portable tablet. The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e is a little thick compared to nowadays tablets, with a thickness of 0.56".
This tablet has a nice 7-inches display with a 800 x 600 resolution, which makes everything look quite colorful and brightful. Its display uses TFT resistive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.
The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e is powered by a good performance CPU speeding at 1000 MHz with 512 MB RAM memory. The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e comes with areasonable 4 GB internal storage, which is enough for the vast majority of users knowing that the ViewSonic ViewPad 7e also has an SD extension slot .
The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e is equipped with two cameras, a 3 MP back side camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera.
This device features a big capacity 3300 mAh non-replaceable battery, enough to provide this device with a marvelous battery life. An issue to consider is that the ViewSonic ViewPad 7e's battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to lose capacity, although having 3300 mAh you will probably replace this tablet before that becomes an issue.
This tablet includes WiFi connection (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a hotspot). The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e doesn't use a SIM card, because it is not a GSM tablet.
The ViewSonic ViewPad 7e also features a handful of useful characteristics like Bluetooth (enables communication with other portable tablets and accessories) and GPS, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor and Accelerometer.
This tablet is not very convinient considering it costs 70 dollars, and some similar tablet devices are offerred way cheaper than that. Viewsonic packs this tablet with Quick Start Guide, USB data sync cable, compliance information, ViewPad 7e and charger with plugs.
