This device is just available in black color. It seems like ZTE forgot about weight optimization in this 13.72 oz tablet device.
The ZTE Light Tab 2 comes with a good performance processing unit speeding at 1 gigahertz, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 chip with 1 GB of RAM. Graphic rendering usually eats a lot of CPU time, so it also has a 245 megahertz Adreno 205 graphics processing unit to take some work out of the processor. The ZTE Light Tab 2 counts with a 4 GB internal storage, a decent quantity that should be enough for the average user having that this tablet also has an external memory card slot to store photos and videos.
This tablet is equipped with two cameras, a 3.2 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera.
ZTE designed this tablet with a good 7-inches display, and a 600 x 1024 resolution, which makes everything look quite vivid.
The ZTE Light Tab 2 provides wifi connection (although it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a hotspot) and fast 3G data connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This tablet works with a SIM card for GSM networks.
The ZTE Light Tab 2 uses a 3400 mAh high capacity non-removable battery that can keep this device running for many hours and even reach the end of the day without having to charge it. An issue to take into consideration is that this tablet's battery isn't removable so you can't change it when it begins to get older, while with such a huge battery size you will probably buy a new device before it becomes an issue.
This device also includes some interesting characteristics as Bluetooth (2.1), GPS Localization and Radio, and Accelerometer.
