Comparison review
The Samsung Rugby Smart has a general score of 59.4, which is just a bit better than Acer Liquid E3's 54.2 general score. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS, but the Samsung Rugby Smart has older 2.3.5 version while Acer Liquid E3 has Android 4.2.2 version. The Acer Liquid E3 features a little sharper display than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has a much better 1280 x 720 resolution, a larger screen and a just a little higher display density.
The Acer Liquid E3 and the Samsung Rugby Smart both count with really similar memory for games and applications, they have the same internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
