Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere II has an overall score of 61.5, which is just a bit better than Acer Liquid S1's 56.2 general score. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere II has older 4.1 version while Acer Liquid S1 has Android 4.2. The Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere II body is thicker but incredibly lighter than Acer Liquid S1, and they were released with only 7 months difference.

The Acer Liquid S1 has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Stratosphere II, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Acer Liquid S1 also counts with a greater number of cores.
