The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is way better than Acer Liquid Z200's 49.2 global score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version and Acer Liquid Z200 has Android 4.4 version, providing you some nice extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 construction is way heavier but thinner than the Acer Liquid Z200.
