Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot better than the Acer Liquid Z200, getting an 87.3 score against 49.2. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while Acer Liquid Z200 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
