The HTC One M9 is better than the Alcatel 7, having a 77.7 score against 67.5. The HTC One M9 is a much older and thicker device than the Alcatel 7, but HTC managed to make it somewhat lighter anyway. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but HTC One M9 has 5.0 version while Alcatel 7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.

The HTC One M9 has a superior camera than Alcatel 7, and although they both have the same aperture, the HTC One M9 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a camera in the back with a way better 20 MP resolution and a lot better video quality. The HTC One M9's memory for apps and games is just as good as Alcatel 7's one, they have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB and exactly the same internal memory.
The Alcatel 7 features a much longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
