The Galaxy A11 is a bit better than the Alcatel 7, with a overall score of 73.3 against 67.5. Galaxy A11's body is newer and just a little thinner, but a little bit heavier than Alcatel 7. These devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy A11 has an older 11 version and Alcatel 7 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Alcatel 7 features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A11. Both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount. The Alcatel 7 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A11, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1080 x 2160 resolution.

The Alcatel 7 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A11, although it has a worse resolution back camera, a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing photos or video in poorly lited situations and a worse (Full HD) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy A11's battery performance is just as good as Alcatel 7's battery lifetime.
