The Galaxy M20 is a bit better than the Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, getting a 78.9 score against 72.1. Galaxy M20 is a way newer cellphone than Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, although it's somewhat heavier and thicker. Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows and Galaxy M20 have very similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy M20 has a greater number of cores (although slower), they both have a 4 GB RAM. The Galaxy M20 features as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows shoots much better photos and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera, a way higher (4K) video quality and a much larger back camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
Samsung Galaxy M20 features a really longer battery life than Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
