Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G is a little bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Idol S, having a score of 61.3 against 56. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G has older 4.0 version and Alcatel OneTouch Idol S has Android 4.2. Alcatel OneTouch Idol S has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy S Relay 4G, because it has a larger display, more pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1280 x 720 resolution.
