The Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has a global score of 60.2, which is a lot better than Alcatel OneTouch Pixi's 44.8 global score. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has the newer 4.1 version while Alcatel OneTouch Pixi has Android 2.3 version, providing a couple additional features.
