Nokia 3.1 has an overall score of 65.5, which is a bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch Pop 2 (4)'s 59.6 global score. Even though the Nokia 3.1 is a bit heavier than Alcatel OneTouch Pop 2 (4), it's incredibly thinner and way newer. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 3.1 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Alcatel OneTouch Pop 2 (4) has Android 5.0, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.

The Nokia 3.1 captures way better pictures and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Pop 2 (4), because it has a way more megapixels back facing camera and a way higher 1920x1080 video quality.
In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, Nokia 3.1 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
