Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has the previous 4.0 version and Alcatel OneTouch POP C1 has Android 4.2 version. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is a just a bit thicker and much heavier phone than Alcatel OneTouch POP C1.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has a much better display than Alcatel OneTouch POP C1, because it has a way better 854 x 480 resolution, a little bit larger screen and a lot greater pixel amount per inch in the display. The Alcatel OneTouch POP C1 features much more memory to store more games and applications than Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and although they both have an external SD slot that admits up to 32 GB, the Alcatel OneTouch POP C1 also has 3,68 GB more internal memory.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V counts with a CPU that is very similar to the processor in Alcatel OneTouch POP C1, because although the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has an inferior number of 1000 MHz cores, and they both have 512 MB of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
