The Nokia 1.3 has a score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch POP C7's 53.4 overall score. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Nokia 1.3 has 11 version while Alcatel OneTouch POP C7 has Android 4.2. The Nokia 1.3 design is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Alcatel OneTouch POP C7.
