Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Nokia 2.1 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Alcatel OneTouch POP D3 has Android 4.4, giving you a couple nice extra features. The Nokia 2.1 construction is noticeably heavier but thinner than the Alcatel OneTouch POP D3.
The Alcatel OneTouch POP D3 counts with a bit sharper screen than Nokia 2.1, although it has a little worse pixels density, a lot lower resolution of 800 x 480px and a really smaller screen. The Nokia 2.1 counts with a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch POP D3, because it has 8 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB.
