Galaxy Note 3 is much better than Alcatel OneTouch T'Pop, having a general score of 80.7 against 45.1. The Galaxy Note 3 design is way thinner but noticeably heavier than the Alcatel OneTouch T'Pop, and they were released only a couple months apart. These phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version while Alcatel OneTouch T'Pop has Android 2.3 version, so it provides some nice extra features.
